HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
After four years, it's back... with a twist! Featuring a remastered and re-imagined version of the original song and animation, plus a little treat for those of you who like to watch until the end of the credits.
Huge thank-yous to Alicia Michelle, who did a fantastic job remastering, rearranging, mixing, and playing live violin for this track for the 2022 anniversary; to Cody Fullbrook, for lending the delicious and brassy live trombone to the mix; to Andrew Jones, for bringing Henry's crotchety old man voice to life anew; and to Kalei, for her direction and vocal coaching for the remaster!

(Also, huge apology for the delayed upload - I had an error with the first one, and had to re-upload it at the last minute!)

Last night, my little Yorkie mix Barkley was attacked and thrown around bodily by the paw by a German shepherd. We snatched him up as quickly as we could - thank God the shepherd's owner managed to keep a tight hold of the leash, or else Barkley might not have survived. As it is, he made it out with a deep puncture wound on his right temple and a broken ulna in his left front leg, along with bite marks around that wrist.
He will need surgery on his leg that we expect to cost about $10,000. I don't normally do things like this, but any amount to help ease the financial pressure would help tremendously.
Any money given towards our goal that exceeds the cost of the surgery will go towards feeding Barkley and making sure he is comfortable, well cared for, and avoids any lasting psychological trauma from the attack. Barkley is too sweet to be put through any kind of pain, and it's breaking my heart seeing him all drugged up in a splint like this.

For anyone who might have missed it, "Behind the Curtain" went live after two and a half years in production on YouTube on June 6th! You can watch it here:
The premiere was a BLAST - huge thank-you to everyone who attended, and the reception since has been dynamite. Thank you as well to the incredible team behind the project - I could not have done this alone!
In addition, I've recently started up something new on my YouTube channel called "Off the Cuff" - a series of short-form discussions about topics ranging from projects I've worked on (and am still working on) to other stories and events that I take inspiration from... each accompanied by a piece of speed-art! You can catch new episodes on my YouTube channel every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday! (I've also made a playlist here:
